A 12-week onboarding programme ensures every new InsightHub platform is set up for success. After onboarding, email and telephone support options are vital to solving technical, training and research challenges. These functions are underpinned and complemented by a plethora of educational content ranging from whitepapers to user guides, walkthroughs to email courses and more.

The agile service we receive from FlexMR enables us to use our InsightHub to the fullest. The Client Support Desk team are incredibly useful and are always available to help us with any questions that we have throughout our projects.

The Client Support Desk team produce a broad range of educational resources that support both insights empowerment and the needs of our clients. These resources are surfaced through our self-serve web properties and on-demand access to the team. The FlexMR Help Centre is a searchable, self-serve knowledge base that includes 100+ articles and guides on how to get the most out of the InsightHub platform.

Our email based courses cover a range of topics from step-by-step InsightHub tool training to conducting better online research, all delivered in an easy-to-digest format.

Extended opening hours

The FlexMR Client Support Desk is available from 7:30am - 10:00pm UK time, every week day.

Extended opening hours enable the team to serve insight professionals across the globe. From Asia to America, Europe to Australia - we believe everyone should be able to benefit from this teams' extensive knowledge. The FlexMR Client Support Desk can be contacted by phone, email or through the self-serve Help Centre. Training sessions can take place over-the-phone or by web conference to benefit from screensharing and interactive elements.

Onboarding and ongoing support

At the outset of every new InsightHub platform launch, we deliver a 12-week programme that guides clients through the key stages of platform setup, including design, recruitment, training and launch. After graduating from onboarding, all clients retain access to an expert, on-demand resource - on hand to answer technical and research queries by email and telephone.

The Client Support Desk team know InsightHub inside-out. They are the first port of call for technical and research questions, delivering personalised support and education to our 50+ global clients. In addition, the team produce our vast array of supporting materials, including user guides, walkthrough videos and email-based courses.
