Charlotte has worked across a broad cross-section of sectors, from utilities to financial services, media to CPG and beyond. She brings valuable research and technology knowledge to every new challenge.

Charlotte has been actively involved in the market research industry for over a decade. In this time, she has assumed a number of roles in which she expertly designed and managed a large variety of insight programmes. This experience alongside her naturally inquisitive and confident nature has provided Charlotte with the knowledge to adeptly recognise which methods and choices are best for her clients and how projects needs to be conducted in order to facilitate better decision making.

Armed with an impressive ability to diagnose, analyse and solve, Charlotte has proven her capacity to solve our clients' toughest challenges.

Charlotte joined FlexMR witth a background in healthcare - specifically physiotherapy. This unique position helped her build a strong appreciation and affinity for qualitative data analysis, diagnosing business challenges and devising the most appropriate solutions. This experience and ability is what jumpstarted her career within market research. Her work has been regularly recognised, and Charlotte won the Best New Speaker award at IIeX EU conference in 2018 for her presentation on what happened when our qualitative research specialists went head-to-head with ‘the machine’ in the analysis of an online insight community.

Skills and specialisms

Charlotte has been an integral part of the FlexMR team for 10+ years. During this time, she has worked on some of our largest and most complex insight projects. She always delivers quality results and has built an impressive set of skills which help our clients get the most out of their insight investments. At the core of this success is Charlotte's belief that Insight Managers are the link between customers and businesses. In this role, Insight Managers are there to help make decisions that have a positive effect on brands, staff and customers alike.
