  • The project enabled us to understand the shopper decision making process and whether there were any barriers to purchase. The overall project was delivered with some great insight that will help drive category consumption. The methods selected enabled unbiased feedback as to how the category can be made more consumer friendly.

    The brief was completely delivered and some elements adapted whilst the research was being conducted. The flexible approach enabled responsive feedback without influencing the shopper. The project was delivered with a quick turnaround so thank you for delivering the project on time. The best thing about online research was the delivery of unbiased reviews where the participants can think about their answers in an unpressurised environment.
