About our mission

Originally, our team was comprised of traditional full-service researchers with a focus on triangulating insight through mixed methodologies. But 10 years ago, we hit a roadblock. As we honed in on the benefits online research could offer our clients, we discovered the need for a digital platform that could offer both qualitative & quantitative methods in one place. We couldn't find one... so we built our own.

Since then, we have been committed to leading change in the research industry and pioneering new technologies that improve the efficiency of market research. FlexMR has paved the way for the mobile research revolution, agile management methodologies and, most importantly, a new, flexible approach to agency relationships.

Today, we are dedicated to enhancing our clients' research and insight generation capacity. This is achieved through a flexible service structure that puts you in control, expert researcher collaboration and, of course, our world leading qual & quant market research platform.
